  2. 這家cooking school我有去上過,女老師Koy人很好.英文可溝通,上課內容彈性,可先email告知想學的菜色.一堂課大約四小時,兩道前菜,三到主菜以及一道甜點.學習的地點在Koy的住家.也可順便貼近當地人的日常生活.做菜前,Koy會先講解說所需的食材,比例以及食材的特性.再開始動手做.連我這個沒啥料理天份的人都覺得好簡單.重點是,每一道菜都份量十足,味道當然也十分美味.除了甜點,我都吃不完阿.好心的Koy媽還幫我打包讓我帶走.課程結束後,會有一份當天上課的食譜.不用怕回來台灣忘光光.喜歡泰國菜的同學,可以考慮挪出半天去上課喔~p.s.老師是很年輕的正妹!!
